An industrial ventilation system comprises of two parts – the fresh air supply system and an exhaust system. The supply system includes the air filtering equipment, heating and cooling equipment, duct work and the industrial fan. The exhaust system is made of ducts that move the air, industrial exhaust fan, air cleaning device and discharge stacks. Industrial fan installations usually take place at the construction stage. This installation process comprises of several stages including:
- Installation of central air ducts and separate pipes for waste disposal.
- Electrical fitting works to install the electrical components.
- Connection of air distribution manifolds to the equipment.
- Installation of ventilation equipment.
- Installation and setting up of automatic devices (controllers, indicators etc.)
- Testing of the system’s functionality and its compliance with construction rules and regulations.
Make sure you receive a technical warranty certificate after the installation is complete. Industry standards and regulations as well as the design and layout of the premises must be considered before installation starts.
